Deepen your mind-body connection to transform your freestyle movement.
in CONNECTION learn somatic techniques for deepening the mind-body connection and layer these techniques into a sequence to transform the way you freestyle. To integrate this new practice dancers will be provided opportunities to freestyle with the sequence and techniques throughout the workshop.
